Notre client est situé près de l'aéroport. Ils recherchent un représentant bilingue du service à la clientèle pour s'occuper de leurs clients (Division des transports). Ils paient 17 $ / heure, les heures de travail sont de 8h à 17h.
Il y a médical, dentaire et vision inclus.

Un jour dans la vie:

Vous contacterez les clients pour obtenir les informations nécessaires.
Vous vous assurerez que les enregistrements d'enregistrement sont conformes.
Vous devrez remplir la demande et la documentation pour obtenir la documentation appropriée.
Vous assurerez un suivi auprès des fournisseurs et des entités gouvernementales.
Vous communiquerez avec diverses entités gouvernementales pour délivrer des permis, des licences et des documents d'enregistrement.
Vous allez gérer quotidiennement les activités de plusieurs comptes clients pour vous assurer que les licences, les demandes de permis de camion et les enregistrements sont traités en temps réel.

Our client is Located near the Airport. They are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to take care of their clients (Transportation Division). They are paying 17$/hr, working hours are M-F 8:30-5.
There is Medical, dental and vision Included.

A Day in the Life:

You will contact clients to obtain necessary information.
You will ensure registration records comply.
You will complete application and documentation to obtain the proper documentation.
You will provide follow-up with providers and government entities.
You will communicate with various government entities to issue permits, licenses, registration documentation.
You will manage activities of multiple client accounts daily to ensure licenses, truck permit applications, and registrations are being processed in real time.
Job Requirements
Notre candidat idéal:
Possède un diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) ou 1-3 années d’expérience équivalente ou équivalente.
A un niveau de compétence intermédiaire avec la suite Microsoft Office
A démontré de solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite
Possède d'excellentes compétences d'apprentissage et d'adaptation Est bilingue (anglais-français) à la fois écrit et parlé A l'expérience dans l'industrie des transports, préféré A l'expérience dans le service à la clientèle, préféré

Has a secondary degree (DES) or higher or equivalent related years of experience
Has intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office Suite
Has demonstrated strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Has excellent learning and adaptation skills Is bilingual (English-French) both spoken and written Has experience in the transportation industry, preferred Has experience in customer service, preferred
