Talentcor Professional’s client, a leading international manufacturer of bakery equipment is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to manage all bakery equipment sales to retail and wholesale market segments across Canada. You will be travelling extensively (up to 3 weeks a month) with major targets centering in the Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver markets.


Oversee and lead all sales to the retail and wholesale market segments

  • Achieve market share within assigned product lines and customers for all bakery equipment sales
  • Drive sales efforts for sheeting, makeup and laminating systems
  • Promote and sell product manufactured by others that compliments the company product lines to increase sales and profitability
  • Utilize market knowledge to support and drive sales across the country
  • Design and set specific sales plans and objectives and manage relationships with continuous oversight and selling process review
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts
  • Present sales Forecasts and participate in the determination of market potential and in the preparation of sales expense estimates
  • Meet annual targets and sales goals for profitability objectives as established by the planning processes and the company’s executive management
  • Understand all aspects of the company’s business and technology of its products
  • Responsible for controlling expenses within budget as approved by the company
  • Maintains knowledge of competitive landscape, equipment, manufacturers and practices
  • Participates in regional and national trade shows
  • Manage all pricing agreements and quoting activity
  • Maintains accurate records and submits reports timely
  • Collaborates with other sales team members on joint projects as well as sales administration and technical product sales support staff.
  • Other duties as requested

  • Autonomous and motivated with little oversight to be able to drive your own success
  • Ability to travel approximately 3 weeks a month
  • Work from local office approximately 1 week a month located in North York
  • Reports directly to the Vice President
  • History of selling capital equipment preferably in the food service industry or food equipment supplier industry
  • Ability to build and maintain a quota of attainment between 1,500,000 and 2.5 million annualy based on product sales ranging from 10k to 700k+

    Generous base salary + commissions, benefits, vacation allotment, car allowance, expenses, tools to do your trade.
