- Position is focused 100% on Recruitment

- Sourcing and searching for candidates efficiently and effectively using Procom’s state-of-the-art recruitment toolset
- Submitting qualified candidates to open positions
- Interviewing candidates and expanding your network of consultants and candidates who trust you
- Facilitating interviews and meetings with candidates through to offer stage
- Networking with IT people at event and functions to grow your network of top talent

Technical Recruiter - IT Mandatory Skills

- Professional, outgoing individual with strong customer service skills
- Proficient with technology, solid understanding Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with high volume and tight deadlines
- Motivated with a keen interest in the Information Technology sector and desire for high reward
- Business savvy and professional approach
