Our client based in Downtown Toronto is looking for a Project Manager with experience in change management and business process re-engineering

Job Requirements

Resource Profile:

*Previous experience serving as a Project Manager on business process re-engineering projects *Previous experience serving as a Project Manager on technology implementation projects *Ability to facilitate project planning workshops to align stakeholders on an optimal implementation strategy that considers all critical dependencies and maximizes efficiencies across all in-flight initiatives *Strong proficiency in developing detailed project planning documentation (e.g. project plan, stakeholder assessment and communications plan, change management plan, benefits realization plan, training plan, etc.) *Demonstrated experience proactively managing project budget, scope and schedule with daily accountability for project risk management, dependency management, issues management and escalation management *Strong stakeholder management expertise - able to manage Director/Senior Director/VP stakeholders with competing priorities *Experience preparing project update decks for various audiences (e.g. working committee, steering committee, executive as required) *Articulate oral and written communication with Director/Senior Director/VP level audience *Process mapping *Change management *Strong proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Power Point *Lean Six Sigma (nice to have) *PMP designation (nice to have) *Scrum master and/or experience with AGILE (nice to have)
