POSITION DETAILS / JOB TITLE / LEVEL OF SENIORITY

In this project manager role, you will be collaborating with a team of other project managers in the Vancouver office. The projects are mainly related to the US healthcare sector, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices and health insurance. As you can imagine this is a huge sector of the US economy, and there are many problems to solve and challenges to overcome when delivering software solutions in this complex arena.

Within the Vancouver office, you'll be working with people across the company, including researchers and software developers, to deliver complex software solutions to external customers. Their goal is to reduce the 'busy work' and free up analysts and developers to focus on the more human-oriented tasks such as making sense of the data and making recommendations based on the available information.

Needless to say, you'll have a chance to work closely with the technical team to find ways to work smarter and make workflows more efficient by leveraging the power of machine learning and data science.

So, as you can see, this is a project management role with multiple dimensions, including people leadership, research, analytics and tech!
