Site Operations Supervisor

Our client is looking for a junior level Site Operations Supervisor to assist their National Account Operations Manager in a downtown office. As Site Operations Supervisor, you will be planning, directing, and coordinating total operations of the accounts. You will monitor daily operations ensuring contract requirements are met, and remain alert of major situations affecting service to the customer and ensure all aspects of customer satisfaction. This is an ongoing position, Monday to Friday, full time.

Pay: $21.31/hour

Location: Close to Burrard Station – Downtown Vancouver

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensuring customer issues and escalations are resolved or further escalated if needed
  • Conducting quality checks on work ensuring all accuracy
  • Leading and directing a team of 10
  • HR Support: Team Meetings, one-on-ones, performance management, and coaching
  • Rewarding and recognizing activities

    Customer Service

  • Liaising with clients, advising on services and negotiation of turnaround times for service requests
  • Building positive client relationships

    Print and Finishing

  • Performing basic digital print production
  • Cleaning and maintaining finishing equipment to ensure optimal performance

    Mail Services

  • Oversee mail services for 2 different operating companies
  • Daily Mail Runs
  • Keeping track of incoming couriers and Canada Post
  • Investigating issues with shipping and communicating with customers
  • Processing daily cheques and managing vendor invoices


  • Any supervisory experience will be considered an asset;

    A strong work ethic and passion for attention to detail;

    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office;

    Any experience with mail room or customer service will be considered an asset.
