Talentcor Brampton is recruiting for a Shipping Specialist who will work for an Independent chemical distributor in Brampton.
Accountabilities:
  • Perform general physical activities in order to load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or using a material handling equipment such as forklifts.
  • Prepares items for shipment by assembling, addressing, stamping and arranging for the transportation of products.
  • Loading and unloading trucks.
  • Move materials within the warehouse or storage facility using material handling equipment.
  • Enter product information into computer database.
  • Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Available for overtime assignments as required.



  • Proficiency with MS-Office and associated software for data entry, label making, order processing, scanning, spreadsheets, electronic mail, etc.
  • Must have a valid Counterbalance license.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D required.
  • 1-2 years of shipping/receiving experience.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
Compensation:
  • Afternoons (1:00 pm to 9:30 pm): $22.00/hr
