Senior Project Manager - Tenant Improvement + New Build

Our leading general contractor client based in Surrey, BC and working throughout Western Canada is now seeking Senior Project Manager to take over well established relationships within commercial construction and renovations of financial institutions, restaurants, offices and retail spaces.  

This role becomes available as the current Senior Project Manager gets promoted internally - therefore, value in people, relationships, innovation and culture is key to their team.  For a successful application, you must come with experience of working as a Project Manager on tenant improvement projects valued at up to $20M.

  • Financial Manager- Interested and engaged in the financial element of the project and managing it to profitability. Strong at negotiating financial issues, contracts, etc. Meticulous management of project budget and strong at financial reporting
