Classification: Sales Assistant

Compensation: $50000.00 to $55000.00 yearly

Responsibilities:
*Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately
*Process purchase orders, verify all information is correct
*Ensure the client database is maintained and information is regularly updated
*Communicate with clients in a positive and friendly manner
*Manage the organizational inbox
*Prepare and review expense reports and provide information to upper management and the sales team
*Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks
*Prepare marketing materials and maintain the organizations website
*Perform other related tasks when necessary
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
*Post-secondary education in a related field
*A minimum of 2 years related work experience
*Outstanding communication skills both oral and written
*Brilliant multi-tasking and organizational skills
*Tremendous attention to detail
*Exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce
*Strong ability to learn and adapt to new software
*Excellent ability to work with numbers, including percentages and units of measure
