Are you an Engineer looking to join a stable, Canadian company with a global market? Would you relocate to Eastern Ontario?
We have a client with a manufacturing facility in Eastern Ontario (near Belleville, ON) who is looking for a specialized Engineer with one of the following degrees:  Electrical, Mechanical or Reliability Engineering

What you have on your resume:
  • university degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Reliability Engineering
  • 3 or more years in process manufacturing or industrial equipment design environments
  • proficiency with AutoCAD, CMMS & MS excel
  • experience with planning and scheduling, shutdown procedures and Best Practices
  • familiar with the Workflow from Service requests to final close out of Work Orders
  • knowledge of EAM software and IBM Maximo

  • ability to travel occasionally within North America
  • excellent communication skills
  • exceptional analytical skills
  • proven problem solver with various methodologies
How you will spend your workdays:
  • work as part of a team to design, develop and implement corporate preventative and predictive maintenance system for process manufacturing facilities
  • implement and optimize cost justified predictive and preventative maintenance strategies, and reliability best practices
  • review downtime data history
  • using FMECA's to assess critically ranking of existing failure modes, identify and design out root causes of defects
  • develop predictive and preventive strategies to reduce and detect defects early enough to correct before an unplanned failure
  • other related and reliability and maintenance responsibilities
