As a Recruitment Consultant, you will support our Talentcor Edmonton team by building a powerful talent pipeline of consultant and contingent workers to meet the needs of our clients.  This is a high volume, fast-paced opportunity that requires attention to detail and the ability to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.

You will:

  • Create and manage job postings
  • Proactively source candidates through a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, internet search strings, referrals
  • Conduct telephone pre-screens and book candidates for in-person interviews
  • Maintain database and update files and documents
  • Complete candidate references
  • Adhere to deadlines
  • Support team in matching and presentation of candidates to client hiring needs
