Working with our client, a rapidly growing e-commerce organization, Office Team is currently seeking a Recruiting Manager to join their team. This full-time opportunity is located in Liberty Village. The successful individual is a self-starter that thrives working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate and excited to be a member of a growing organization. The Recruiting Manager will collaborate with management to develop and implement new processes for recruitment that will attract top talent and lead the new hire onboarding to ensure an exceptional experience. Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Lead the talent acquisition strategies to help identify and attract talent support the organization?s growth path * Create and establish an internship program * Collaborate with managers to create job postings * Identify qualified candidates through the screening process * Prepare offer letters and conduct reference checks * Work with management to establish onboarding processes for several business units * Ensure compliance with policies and legal * Provide support to leaders managing their teams * Promote and maintain company culture across the organization * Collaborate with senior management to create new policies and procedures Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree * 5+ years recruitment experience * Proven experience implementing creative approaches to sourcing and attracting talent * Knowledgeable with employment legislation * Exceptional accuracy, time management and organizational skills * Demonstrated experience conducting in-person and phone screen interviews * Able to use discretion and manage sensitive information To express your interest and availability for consideration, please reach out to Laura Fahy at [Click Here to Email Your Resume] quoting Recruiting Manager in the subject of your email.
