Are you a Front Desk Coordinator who is a team player with a great attitude? If so, this may be the opportunity for you!



Our client in Markham is currently recruiting for a Front Desk Coordinator for an exciting temporary engagement. In this role, the Front Desk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for the company. Responsibilities for this Receptionist role will include:



* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office

* Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

* Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material

* Update calendars and schedule meetings

* Fielding e-mail and phone queries;

* Processing expense reports;

* Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

* Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be resourceful and capable of balancing multiple competing priorities with ease. Exceptional verbal communication skills, strong Microsoft office skills and outstanding customer service skills are also required for this position. The successful candidate will also be someone who is independent and detail-oriented.
