We currently have a short-term temporary opening for an intelligent, highly-skilled Receptionist in a growing company. This original and stable company offers a rewarding work environment with fulfilling challenges and is based in the Winnipeg, Manitoba region. Are you a motivated self-starter who can handle multiple projects at once with a smile? Then this Receptionist position would be a great fit for you. Your responsibilities - Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support - Welcoming visitors - Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures - Order office and kitchen supplies - Bring a sense of urgency and prioritization skills - Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks - Answering all incoming phone calls - Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support

Requirements of this position: - Highly organized and self-motivated - Great attention to detail - Energetic, intelligent, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy - Customer service and office administrative skills - Incoming phone call management skills desired - 2+ years of related experience - Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Word - Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Word - Comprehensive knowledge of Phone Switchboard - Data entry experience - Knowledge of customer service - Excellent communication and organizational skills This career opportunity is available solely through OfficeTeam.
