Talentcor as recently partnered with a global real estate firm in search of a Property Manager. This is an amazing opportunity to work with one of the big players in the Commercial Real Estate business!

The Property Manager will handle the management, supervision, and professional development of all building personnel and property administration staff. This Property Manager will be responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction and for working directly with the client to ensure a thorough understanding of its investment objectives and the development of acceptable property-specific strategic plans of an operating and capital budget. The individual will provide excellent communication (both written and verbal) to both building owners and tenants to ensure an ongoing, successful relationship.

To be successful in this position you will need a minimum of five years of commercial real estate or property management experience and at least three years managing staff. We will be looking for an individual with a strong skill set in preparing budgets and compiling financial reports along with exposure and experience in lease negotiations and documentation. You will bring exceptional communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Presenting information to key stakeholders and working with all levels of people will be a requirement of this role. In addition, an ability to proactively identify issues and work towards a successful outcome will be required.

A valid Alberta Real Estate License is required for this position. Candidates not possessing this will not be considered. In addition, preference will be given to those candidates possessing a CPM or RPA designation.
