Talentcor Winnipeg is currently recruiting for an Property Administrator for one of our clients in Winnipeg.
What will I do?
  • Assist with general property management administration, such as accounts receivables, rent collection and follow-up, lease & contract administration and lease summary reports etc.
  • Responsible for coordination and scheduling of various trades 
  • General administrative correspondence, mail merges, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Assist with preparation of documents where required.
  • Assisting the Property Manager
What skills do I need to be successful?
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in office administration is a must!
  • Experience working in a property management industry is an asset
  • Excellent communication; both written and verbal
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration is an asset
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office suite
  • Enjoy a busy fast paced environment
