TRS Staffing is currently seeking a Project Manager for a award-winning, general contracting and construction management firm in the commercial and residential sectors based in Vancouver. The Project Manager, working directly under the Director of Projects, will be responsible for simultaneously managing multiple renovation projects of varying sizes to ensure each project meets client requirements and is completed on time and budget.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management of commercial/ residential construction, preferably in the Greater Vancouver Area

• Strong knowledge of all aspects of commercial and residential construction, current provincial & municipal building codes

• Knowledge of MS Office, digital take-off software and Sage 100

• Experience estimating construction projects with varying budgets and details

• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
