Attached to the Technical Department, you ensure the steering of the projects in the respect of the deadlines and milestones until their put in production. Privileged interlocutor with the client project team, your role is to:

  • Ensure relationship and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate all phases and stakeholders of the project
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously (small and medium-sized projects with a duration of 2 to 6 months)
  • Analyze the expression of needs
  • Ensure the follow-up of the deliverables of the Project
  • Manage schedules, monitor risks
  • Write workshop reports, project monitoring committees
  • Perform quality reviews
  • Be responsible for the financial equilibrium of different projects
  • Respect the triptych "cost, delay, quality"
  • Know how to alert (drift of planning, risk of loss of financial stability, etc.)
  • to ensure compliance and implementation of Group procedures, the use of tools Group (Jira Service desk, Jira, Wrike, Confluence, etc.)
  • Apply methodologies Group projects in force
  • Participate in the evolution of good project practices and ensure their applications
