MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of the logistics of the activities

  • To ensure the complete coordination of the events of our client, the assembly and the dismantling the day of the event, in collaboration with the coordinator, logistics of events.
  • Reserve the premises and order the equipment, meals. Coordinating audio-visual for the events
  • Manage and participate in the ideation and development of sponsorship activations and / or special events
  • Negotiate rates with relevant suppliers and sponsors and regularly monitor agreements and contracts.
  • Prepare and implement the scripting of field deployments and site plans of events, supervise the work of suppliers or collaborators.
  • Produce sponsor materials and control the application of the sponsorship visibility grid.
  • Work in collaboration with internal and external clients.
  • Ensure the visibility of the company

Marketing of Product and services

  • Handle the development of marketing projects.
  • Develop marketing and communication tools.
  • Ensure the creation and coordination of different campaigns by observing deadlines and budgets.
  • Develop branding and creating a brand image
  • Develop and maintain public relations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or communication and/or public relations.
  • 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Sense of organization and planning
