MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of the logistics of the activities
- To ensure the complete coordination of the events of our client, the assembly and the dismantling the day of the event, in collaboration with the coordinator, logistics of events.
- Reserve the premises and order the equipment, meals. Coordinating audio-visual for the events
- Manage and participate in the ideation and development of sponsorship activations and / or special events
- Negotiate rates with relevant suppliers and sponsors and regularly monitor agreements and contracts.
- Prepare and implement the scripting of field deployments and site plans of events, supervise the work of suppliers or collaborators.
- Produce sponsor materials and control the application of the sponsorship visibility grid.
- Work in collaboration with internal and external clients.
- Ensure the visibility of the company
Marketing of Product and services
- Handle the development of marketing projects.
- Develop marketing and communication tools.
- Ensure the creation and coordination of different campaigns by observing deadlines and budgets.
- Develop branding and creating a brand image
- Develop and maintain public relations.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or communication and/or public relations.
- 4 years of experience in a similar position
- Sense of organization and planning
