Responsibilities

Managing residential solar projects from post-sale through to installation
Coordinating with our network of partners and act as a liaison for our clients with a strong focus on customer service
Scheduling, preparing and submitting applications
Verifying site visit reports
Determining system improvements
Prepare status reports and documentation as required
Work alongside the Project Management team effectively to ensure successful completion of client projects
Remove conflicts with installers, permit offices and municipalities as they arise
Work with internal and external resources to ensure customer satisfaction in that all commitments are made in a timely and accurate manner
Drive the multifunctional team to successful delivery of product



Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Environmental Studies, Science, Project
Management Certification or related degree
Effective trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn and assimilate concepts quickly
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Motivated self-starter
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
1-2 years of administrative experience is considered an asset
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SketchUp is considered an asset
Experience working with Salesforce - CRM – Client Relationship Management
Tools (Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Calendar)
