Talentcor is recruiting for a Project Coordinator for a reputable company here in Winnipeg.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of development projects, schedules and budgets
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with subcontractors and clients.
  • Develop performance status reports for the property owners regarding cost forecast, schedule and safety.
  • Assist with issuing tender packages and subcontracts and monitor their progress.
  • Helps in preparing take offs and estimates for assigned jobs
  • Receive and review contracts and purchase orders for awarded projects
  • Manage daily coordinating activities
  • Ensures that all the activities in the office are being carried out in accordance with the set orders and policies.


  • Minimum 5 years as a project coordinator with experience in the construction or restoration industry is a must;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and work effectively with ambiguity
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Proven work ethic, reliable, determined and confident
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • Proven attention to detail and supervisory skills
