Major Responsibilities
*Program, (Tebis , Smirt) using LMS standards and procedures *Maintain and operate CNC milling machine(s) accurately and efficiently. *Perform job set-up, tool-setup and quality checks on milling machines as required *Carry out quality checks on an ongoing basis to ensure job is within tolerance. *Follow and participate in 4DX activities *Follow and participate in 5S activities *Make tool selection. *Communicate necessary information to Leadhands and co-workers from shift to shift. *Prepare machine logbooks and required reports on daily basis. *Responsible for applicable QEMS policies, procedures and work instructions. *Responsible to carry out duties for Health, Safety, and Environment in accordance with the HS&E Agreement for Employees - Addendum *Perform other reasonable duties as required

Work Experience
*Minimum of 3-5 years related experience on milling machines and/or CAD/CAM experience *Knowledge of CAD/CAM methods, machining and die making methods required. *Knowledge of various CAD hardware/software required, Catia or Tebis preferred *Experience programming *Ability to interpret blueprints and/or solid designs required. *Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Work Environment
*Shop Floor Environment *Rotating shift work. *Overtime may be required at times.
