Are you someone with strong leadership skills, enjoy leading people and have 3-5 years experience in production ?

Talentcor Winnipeg is recruiting for a Production Lead-Days for one of our great clients. This opportunity is based in Winnipeg.


What you will do:

  • Lead and manage production operators to achieve production goals
  • Take the lead on training, coaching and performance management to build and develop your team
  • Track production results and provide shift reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety, and quality standards while meeting production performance targets
  • Responsible for annual performance reviews of reports

What you need to be successful:

  • 3-5 years lead hand in a manufacturing industry
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills to lead others, explain and teach processes, and summarized productions issues
  • Proven track record of successful problem solving utilizing critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in MS Office and experience in electronic data capture systems.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and comfortable in team environments.
