Our client in the GTA is looking to hire an IT Finance Manager to join their globally recognized corporation, and you might just fit the bill for this amazing opportunity! The successful incumbent will have a knack for long term planning in order to proactively mitigate any possible issues that may delay projects and is confident in their organizational skills to prioritize and keep track of tasks and deliverables. Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities of the IT Finance Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with Area Directors to evaluate, implement, and manage contract management databases, ensuring they are up to date and credible
- Contributing to the creation and implementation of a strategic plan that aligns with the company’s objectives
- Securing advantageous relationships with multiple vendors and negotiating to optimize pricing by facilitating RFP/RFQ processes as required
- Ensuring consistent alignment of short- and long-term financial models that will ultimately work in conjunction to meet company objectives and initiatives
- Cultivating strategic relationships with multiple stakeholders, assisting them with insights and analyses to track their performance against forecasted goals
- Identifying accountability to ensure consistent reliability through multiple process changes
- Conducting training sessions and engaging with target audiences to drive successful and effective change company-wide

- At least 5 years’ experience with accounting, financial analysis and/or project planning
- Negotiating IT contracts
- Post-Secondary degree in Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent
- Proactive planning to ensure smooth and effective execution of tasks and deliverables
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Able to disseminate information to various levels of the organizations to celebrate successes and share knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – can tailor information into relevant contexts for different cultures, generations, and audiences
- Solid yet subtle influencing skills to propose win-win situations and counter any objections with introspective solutions that appeal to any and all audiences
- Amazing people skills with the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively using a cross-functional approach
