Talentcor is recruiting a full time Print Production Associate for an assignment with our client in Truro, Nova Scotia.
  • Establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Determine customer requirements
  • Complete appropriate machine set-up, print and check proofs, (may include scanning and minimal document manipulation) run jobs, deliver completed jobs
  • Act as primary customer contact for equipment service and repair
  • Perform maintenance and repair on specified equipment to maximize uptime
  • Maintain inventory appropriate to client equipment population
  • Clean reprographic equipment; monitor and manage supplies
  • Record meter reads and maintain records
  • Set up and operate high volume mail equipment including mail inserts, sorters and finishing equipment
  • Work with clients and advise them on available services and turnaround times
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Post High School Education
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Detail oriented with high attention to detail
  • Math skills (multiplication division percentages).
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to operate large centralized reprographic equipment.
  • Able to detect production inconsistencies and quality issues.
  • Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Able to read write and follow basic English instructions.
  • Able to work with others in team atmosphere with minimal supervision
