Procom is seeking an exceptional Recruiter in Permanent Placements to join our growing team in our Calgary office on a Full-time, permanent basis.

The mission of this role is to drive the growth in Procom's permanent placement staffing practise by working with a team of dedicated recruiters to connect our valued clients with talented IT professionals, helping our clients achieve their vision and fulfilling career goals at the same time.

Permanent Recruiter Job Details

This position will augment our existing team as we continue to grow our permanent practice at Procom. You will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates for our new and existing clients' requirements.

Hands-On Recruitment

Effective and efficient candidate sourcing using Procom's state-of-the-art recruitment tool set including screening, interviewing and submitting client-ready candidate profiles to Account Managers.

Lead Generation

Generating business opportunities through networking and candidate sourcing

Job Order Management

Managing the permanent job order list to ensure that orders are qualified and open orders are sourced effectively and efficiently.

Networking/Branding

Attend networking functions, meet valued candidates and recruitment professionals, working with passive candidates, and grow your network of contacts through social media.

Permanent Recruiter Mandatory Skills
