Our Burnaby client is looking for a passionate full time Payroll Benefits Technician to join their fantastic team! The role will be valued member of the Payroll Team; which comprises Payroll, Compensation and Benefits functions. The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the administration of payroll for all employees. This payroll coordinator also coordinates and assists in payroll year-end processes, monthly and fiscal year-end financial processes, as well as associated payroll benefit systems tasks.
Job Requirements
This role is responsible for hands-on processing of payroll and financial information in compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements. It is a fantastic opportunity for a bright payroll administrator looking to diversify their experience with a complex end-to-end centralized payroll. The successful Payroll Benefits Coordinator will be able to work independently, and be a collaborative team player. You have an eagerness to learn, and are tech savvy and flexible. Experience with Payworks is a major asset. The Payroll Benefits Technician will have minimum 2+ years of technical payroll experience, and has successfully obtained their PCP, or pursuing. The ideal candidate has full-cycle payroll experience, and has a high attention to detail.
