Accountemps is seeking a Payroll Administrator who can process payroll and is proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Responsibilities of this role will include:

- Processing payroll and assisting the payroll manager in completing project deliverables

- Validate YTD data loads

- Validate payroll data conversion

- Other payroll and/or project tasks as required

Requirements

- SAP Payroll Experience (either SAP on premises, or Employee Central Payroll) required

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Experience considered a strong asset

- Hands-on Canadian Payroll Experience, either in a payroll execution capacity or through projects

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required

- Experience with data validation and data checking

- Canadian Payroll Association designation preferred (but not required)
