OfficeTeam has an excellent career opportunity for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative in the growing Hi Tech Engineering industry. Are you someone who loves creating durable and productive customer relationships? Then this may be the role for you. This role will be situated in a challenging and dynamic environment. This Vaughan, Ontario Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available for a short-term temporary opportunity.

Your responsibilities

- You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

- Manage and place incoming telephone calls

- Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

- Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

- Strong customer service and office administrative skills

- 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

- A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

- Proficiency in MS Outlook

- Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Excel

- Solid understanding of SAP

- Communication experience required

- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint

- Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

- No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

- Experience using Microsoft Office

- Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

- Strong problem-solving skills
