Working with our client, Office Team is currently seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join a global technology organization. This is a full-time opportunity, located in downtown Toronto?s financial district. The successful candidate will provide the overall office management and administrative support for the team. Primary responsibilities for the Executive Assistant/Office Manager position will include, but are not limited to the following

* Assist with front desk tasks, such as welcoming visitors, receive and ship packages, etc. * Manage office operations and logistics, including: conference room management, ordering food and office supplies, and maintain upkeep of office space * Manage executive schedules and meetings * Coordinate international and domestic travel itineraries * Schedule meeting rooms, catering, sending calendar invites and preparing meeting materials * Coordinate trade show events and space logistics, including selecting a booth, ensuring displays and materials are shipped on time * Manage vendor selection and vendor relations * Ensure booth and displays look professional and samples are consistently replenished

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

* Post-secondary degree or diploma * 4+ years experience providing executive support / handling logistics in high tech environment * Previous experience in a similar role, supporting C-Suite Executives * Proven ability to communicate effectively and clearly at all levels * Excellent computer skills, particularly with Google Suite * Able to manage and act as an authority figure in the office
