Compensation: $23.75 to $27.50 per hour

What you get to do every day - Lead overall office administration - Observe and seek improvements to office organization - Handle copy services, word processing, mail and distribution services, office reception, office equipment, utility services and communication systems - Support Management in monitoring budget for office related items and staff - Take part in developing and revising office policies and procedure for improved workflow
Job Requirements
- Experience with switchboard phones from 1-10 lines - Customer service experience preferred - Microsoft Excel experience preferred - Typing 45 - 60 words per minute experience - Simply Accounting experience - Need at least 5+ years of job related experience - Need past experience in a supervisory role For the right administrative / office management candidate, this opportunity may be a great career move.
