Talentcor Toronto is recruiting for an Office Manager for a client located in Toronto (Junction Area)

Salary : $50,000/yr


  • ? Responsible for Invoices and follow ups on Invoices
  • ? Scheduling Meetings
  • ? Managing Calendar
  • ? Making multiple outbound calls
  • ? Ordering office supplies
  • ? Managing budgets and invoices
  • ? Noting Meeting minutes
  • ? Dealing with Traders
  • ? Covering the Reception (if required)
  • ? Collaborating with HR

  • Background in Construction/Accounting required
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Strong MS office skills
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working flexible hours
  • 2-4 years of previous Administration /Office Management experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft Project
