A growing firm has hired OfficeTeam to help them find an Office Assistant to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate would be interested in working with a developing company. Candidates should be self-starters who are highly-skilled and motivated, and love handling multiple projects at once. This position would suit an individual that is highly-driven and ambitious. Major responsibilities - Route calls to the appropriate parties - Data entry - Copy, faxing, and filing for a number of different departments - Manage office facility
Job Requirements
- Microsoft PowerPoint experience - Microsoft Excel experience required - Solid understanding of Microsoft Word - Eagerness to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests - Complete tasks independently - Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets highly desired - Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request - Ability to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials - Ability to manage, lead change and build process improvements - 2+ years of experience /r/n/r/nDo you have a natural team oriented attitude and want to take your career to the next level?
