Excellent Opportunity for an Office Administrator with Quick Books in Nisku, New Production Plant!

Talentcor Edmonton is sourcing for an ‘Office Administrator’ that has over 5 years experience in a Plant Office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors and handling phone calls and inquiries
  • Coding of Payables electronically
  • Book travel and accommodations for executives
  • Manage travel expenses for executives
  • Managing meeting room calendars in Outlook
  • Ordering office supplies • Provide support for arranging meetings training
  • Other office duties supporting various groups as required Basic



  • 5 years’ experience providing administrative support working with invoices, payables and logistics
  • 2yrs experience with Quick Books
  • Knowledge of International logistic documents and requirements a strong asset
  • Diploma/Degree in Administration or Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical, communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Attention to detail and demonstrated organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain high level of accuracy and to exercise sound judgment this position
  • Able to work independently with little training, looking for office management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills Intermediate abilities with Microsoft Suite
