Contracting Coordinator

Offering support after hours when insurance carriers have closed shop. Communicating with our clients by phone, text or email…as they see fit. Providing support in claims and other areas in ways not traditionally available through a normal broker.










ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

   Ø  Coordinate recruiting activities including but not limited to posting of job, booking job fairs etc.

   Ø  Administer phone screening

   Ø  Book interviews

   Ø  Provide licensing and contracting information to candidates

   Ø  Coordinate with MGA contracting department to ensure all new advisors are sponsored and contracted

   Ø  with all carriers

   Ø  Handle all APEXA requirements (will train)

   Ø  Set up New advisor on payroll system

   Ø  Set up, coordinate and track new advisor training sessions and certifications

  • Secure training location
  • Coordinate with Wholesalers
  • Coordinate with Advisors

   Ø  Provide onboarding session for new advisors

  • Give them the required applications form
  • Give them updated onboarding booklet and code sheets
  • Assist in getting their computers set up with appropriate software

* May have other duties as assigned



Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  Ø  LLQP license recommended but not required

  Ø  Additional language preferred but not required
