Talentcor Professional is actively sourcing for 2 Administrative Assistants,multi-tasker to perform a variety of duties to assist in the daily office needs and the general administrative activities .Location is downtown Toronto area. 

•         Provide direct administrative support to two Corporate Development Directors

•         Calendar management and travel arrangements to ensure time and cost effectiveness

•         Advance preparation of meeting documents to ensure the executives are equipped with all of the information they require

•         Review documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for executive signatures for format, content, grammar, spelling and make edits as necessary.

•         Coordinate additional logistics of meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events.

•         Complete expense reports, track invoices, and other basic financial duties

•         Present a positive and professional image to all visitors, executives, and colleagues

•         Are comfortable communicating with senior executives and able to adjust your style to suit your audience

•         Post secondary education in a relevant field

•         3+ years of office administration or personal assistant experience

•         Must have experience working in fast-paced, high growth environments

•         Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).

•         Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and quality of work.

•         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
