Are you a licensed millwright looking to make a change and join a solid, reputable Canadian manufacturing company with international facilities around the world? Do you have your Red Seal certification?
We have a client who has positions for Millwrights at two of their Eastern Ontario facilities.
Applicants who live in Eastern Ontario or west Quebec and are willing to commute up to 60 minutes will find this a fantastic permanent opportunity!
Do you have:
  • Red Seal licensed Mechanic OR
  • other valid certificate of Qualification (Red Seal is preferred)
  • your own set of metric standard tools
  • at least 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
  • superior analytical and problem solving skills

How you will spend your day:
  • locating sources of problems in equipment
  • completing preventative maintenance, adhering to a strict schedule & standards
  • determine changes in dimensional requirements using metric standard tools
  • remove defective parts by dismantling devices, using hoists, cranes & power tools
  • repair & maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery & equipment
  • other duties as required to ensure equipment is maintained & operated to standards & regulations
