Our Marketing Specialist will bring professional marketing expertise to help in the development and execution of marketing plans that result in profitable growth for Solar Brokers Canada and its affiliates. The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader with skill and experience in building consensus among multiple stakeholders to develop and implement successful marketing plans.
As a skilled brand steward, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for helping to refine and amplify our unique value proposition, grow brand awareness and strengthen our competitive market position.

Responsibilities

You will thrive in this position if you are a talented marketing professional, creative and strategic thinker, data-driven decision maker, and collaborative leader.
Development of and execution of marketing plans
Grow brand awareness and development
Developing marketing materials
Developing, managing, and maintaining websites
Working with the sales team to help steer and drive results



Qualifications

Has at least 5 years of experience in marketing, customer acquisition, and brand management, at least some of which is includes coaching and mentoring others
Is a digital marketing expert with specific expertise in content marketing and content development, social media marketing, SEO, paid search, testing and optimizing lead generation campaigns, lead nurturing, and driving brand awareness
Is experienced with the following platforms: Hubspot, Salesforce, and Wordpress
Confident in developing and monitoring large scale campaigns via various paid advertising platforms (Facebook, Adwords, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Abiltiy to create various elements using the Adobe Creative Suite
Has deep expertise with B2C marketing
Is experienced managing budgets and maximizing marketing profitability and ROI
Welcomes perspectives from multiple stakeholders to help drive marketing initiatives
Understands the connection between brand development and community outreach
Solar and/or renewable energy experience is an asset
