Compensation: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year

Working closely with the Communications and Customer Experience Manager, the Marketing Specialist will develop branding materials needed for community events and in-office communications based on company guidelines, maintain databases and promotional communications, and ensuring special projects are completed within deadlines and budgets.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist include, but are not limited to: - Tracking key performance indicators and identifying potential concerns - Data collection, analysist, and creating reports - Ensuring projects are handled with care and efficiency, considering the proper resources and attention required for success - Researching competitors and creating a market strategy by identifying and evaluating service offerings, pricing, advertising, and market share - Developing training materials and key documents Must Haves: - Bachelor's degree - Solid oral/written communication and research skills - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Google AdWords Certified - Experience with creative digital and print ads - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP and WordPress - Able to identify trends and challenges in the industry - Amicable qualities that help attract and retain clientele - Strong problem solving skills All interested candidates should sent their resume directly to Liz Babkin at [Click Here to Email Your Resume]
