Compensation: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year

My client, a key player within the Canadian hospitality space, is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join their steadily growing team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manger, the Marketing Project Manager is an essential part of the Marketing department who contributes to overall brand direction and owns the production and execution of multiple simultaneous campaigns, ensuring they are delivered against the program objectives ? on time and on budget. In addition to managing the production and execution of marketing campaigns, the Marketing Project Manager will drive revenue, propel the brand and maximize operational efficiencies across the department.
Job Requirements
Roles and Responsibilities - Project Management - Work across relevant departments and operations to ensure the campaigns and materials are communicated and rolled out efficiently - Work across departments and vendors to schedule and manage photoshoots to deliver campaign objectives - Develop and manage the scope of work for new projects by educating stakeholders on process, timelines, accountabilities and budgets - Manage the delivery, execution and communication of new briefs/ new work intake from marketing department, other CO departments and stores - Managing any risks that could delay timelines or exceed budget(s) - Provide period, quarterly and annual reporting on project analysis - Gift Card Program Management - Manage and develop new third party gift card relationships to maximize sales, placement and exposure - Distribute gift card inventory, costs and supplies across brand - Manage day to day gift card program, including inventory, communication with suppliers and stores - Digital and Print Content Production Distribution - Works across departments and vendors to clearly identify timelines and content needed for distribution - Assist in updating monthly website content for desktop and mobile - Distribute content for emails, social media advertisements and printed materials to vendors - Test QA all copy, content, and links for desktop and mobile prior to approving to go live. - Update reporting weekly from digital partners. Requirements - Minimum 5 years? relevant experience in a marketing role or equivalent education - Experience scheduling and managing photoshoots for multiple asset deliverables across print and digital - Experience in working across multiple digital challenges; social media, digital advertising and email. - Prior experience in the hospitality or retail industry Due to the overwhelming amount of applicants, only successful candidates will be contacted.
