Robert Half Executive Search is seeking accomplished producers and market experts to join our talented and highly experienced team as a Managing Director (MD) in the several Canadian Metropolitan markets.


You will have a successful background in acquiring, engaging, retaining and partnering with senior executive leaders, and an appetite for a challenging, rewarding work environment. 


Managing Directors for Robert Half Executive Search work with clients to recruit and onboard sustainable, high-performing leaders and specialists. MDs serve in many different capacities, but specialize and focus in two areas:


1.     Business development and client relationship management: MDs secure executive search assignments through new and existing clients; and

2.     Search assignment management: MDs oversee the entire executive search process, internally partnering with Principals, Associates, Research Associates and Coordinators to drive searches to closure, serving as the engagement lead and client liaison.
