Classification: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Compensation: $110000.00 to $120000.00 yearly

Are you looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your skills as a Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis? We have an opening for Manager, FP&A who will have the ability to manage and deliver priorities accurately, on-time, and with a high degree of confidence. This role of Manager – FP&A is based in Downtown Toronto.

The key accountabilities of this role will include, but will not be limited to the following:
* Evaluate and report financial, revenue and expense information.
* Work in partnership with departmental teams and international business/finance teams to develop business plans and forecasts.
* Establish business improvement opportunities based on business trends and evaluations.
* Oversee team members and help improve performance by driving efficiency.
* Lead and assist with business initiatives such as stress testing, implementing new technologies, etc.

The key requirements for this position are:
* Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
* CPA Designated is a must.
* 6 or more years of experience performing similar duties.
* Experience working with Big4/6 will be considered an asset.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Ability to promote a culture of growth and inclusion within the company.
