Position Summary:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. The Manager will assist in the development and execution of recruiting strategies that align with ADT’s talent headcount objectives for Sales, Call Centre and Corporate recruitment.

Additionally, the Manager will lead a team of in-house recruiters whose focus is high volume sales and call centre recruiting, along with some corporate mandates.

The Manager will partner with leadership and Human Resource Business Partners to ensure the recruiting teams are executing the right strategy, utilizing ADT’s employer brand to build high-quality, diverse talent pipelines.
Position will be located in Montreal, QC.

Essential Responsibilities Include:
•Partnering with the business, HRBP’s and in-house team to set the recruiting strategic agenda, headcount needs and sourcing strategy
•Proven and demonstrated business acumen with an understanding of immediate needs and how it impacts future needs.
•Developing strong strategic relationships with senior business partners,including executives, and influencing the recruitment and staffing strategies for the business
•Extensive cross-functional coordination within and outside the recruiting organization
•Leading, developing and implementing enterprise-wide projects/programs
•Providing ongoing analysis/reports of business needs, recruiting processes/technologies, the labor market, viable staffing sources and overall recruiting results
•Identifying opportunity areas, while informing and influencing business partners to improve results
•Lead the day to day management of all recruitment activities including the sourcing and selection process for all positions in sales.
•Manage and improve operational processes and practices that drive strong performance across all recruitment related metrics including time to fill, quality of hire, cost per hire and source effectiveness
•Create metrics to maximize and align resources, analyze effectiveness of sources of hire and monitor recruiter performance, activity and requisition volume
•Manage Recruiters to achieve hiring goals

Requirements

Education:
•Bachelor's degree

Experience:
•Minimum 8 years related work experience in high volume recruiting. A mix of agency/corp mix experience is preferred
•6 years of management experience including multi-site responsibilities
•Demonstrated knowledge/experience with Taleo


Skills:
•Leading people managers in a functional, shared services model where resources are jointly managed
•Mentoring and developing a professional learning organization built on skill development, innovation, expertise and results
•Developing new selection approaches and concepts for high volume recruiting needs and converting them into targeted action
•Implementing appropriate metrics and tracking mechanisms
