The successful candidate serves as the account manager for Industrial IoT customers of ei3. The
account manager is responsible for retaining and growing the business relationship with assigned
customers through pro-active support of their needs. This includes providing pro-active review of the use of ei3 applications, and the results of monitored equipment so as to provide reporting to our customers about notable trends and events. The role also provides users with first-tier support by responding to email requests and phone calls, and answers to questions and resolving issues. Good communication skills (both telephone and in writing) are essential. Must be able to quickly and correctly identify the nature of a customer request. If a request should be escalated, it is essential to correctly describe the nature of the matter to make an efficient hand off to the next level of support. The account manager will occasionally provide new-user orientation through web conference training sessions with up to ten people.
