Solar Brokers Canada is currently seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full cycle inside sales, business to consumer sales, experience using virtual presentations, and a proven track record of closing. The Inside sales agent will qualify and educate residential clients across Canada about Solar. The Inside Sales Agent will be involved in the second stage of our sales process. With our industry leading training, we expect all of our Inside Sales Agents to become experts in our products and our virtual sales model.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns and overcome objections
  • Strong work ethic and a self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
  • Must possess and professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
  • Previous phone sales or customer service experience is an asset

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Qualify home over the phone with clients
  • Explain to client’s solar incentives provided by the government.
  • Place outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and persuades potential customers to.
  • Answer basic questions about the product details, the company, and identify issues that customers are currently facing.
  • Perform basic account maintenance activities.
  • Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.
  • Client care and Customer Service duties
