Working with our client, Office Team is currently looking for a professional Human Resources Generalist to join their fast-growing international firm with Canadian offices in Montreal and Toronto. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity located in Toronto. The successful candidate is bilingual French and English, and possesses exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to change. The Human Resources Generalist will support the Canadian HR functions through initiatives to achieve the business? needs. Primary responsibilities for the role may include, but are not limited to the following:

* Create or update job descriptions and work with recruiters to fill time sensitive roles * Manage full recruitment process * Develop an orientation and training plan for new hires in Canada * Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits and other matters in a professional and timely manner * Coordinate career development process in Canada * Assist with developing updated HR policies * Support benchmarking initiatives and salary surveys * Assist and lead on the global HRIS roll out in Canada including data input, integrity and reporting

Job Requirements


* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management * CHRP designation * 2 to 5 years' experience as a Human Resources Generalist * Knowledgeable in Ontario and Quebec Employment Law, an asset * Bilingual French and English, both verbal and written communication * Advanced proficiency using MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, and previous experience working with an HRIS * Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information * High attention to detail and accuracy
