HRMS Senior Business Analyst

On behalf of our client in Edmonton, Procom is searching for an HRMS Senior Business Analyst for a 6 month contract 

HRMS Senior Business Analyst Job Details
- Our client is implementing an HRMS to support corporate HR functions.  This project will be to implement several modules within the HRMS.

HRMS Senior Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Perform as a senior BA on the implementation projects

HRMS Senior Business Analyst Mandatory Skills
- Experience implementing HRMS application modules, specific to Performance Management, Compensation, Succession Planning, LMS, HR Core.
- Proven success working on multiple parallel initiatives in in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Provide input on existing processes, procedures and other department operations and recommend improvements to increase efficiencies.
- Work with stakeholders to determine business needs and craft an appropriate solution.
- Work with 3rd party implementation teams on configuration and testing.
- Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications.
- Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.
- Deliver elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.
- Liaise with project stakeholders to collect requirements and maintain effective communication.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Analyze current business processes and determine current and future business needs.
- Research and recommend existing software solutions.
- Utilize industry best practices to develop business solutions for the organization.
- Support system and end-user testing.
- Execute implementation process initiatives defined by the Project Manager as it relates to the IT SDLC.
- Support business change management and training efforts of the project.
