What you get to do every day: - Work along with the Hiring Manager and Human Resources Manager on recruitment needs. - Conduct the full recruitment cycle for each open position to fill it efficiently and effectively. - Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. - Represent company on various job fair events - Various administrative duties and record keeping - Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements. - Conduct pre-screening interviews (Telephone interviews) - Assist in performing reference checks for potential employees.
Job Requirements
