Manpower is working with the Federal Government to fill a two-month position in North Bay for a Help Desk Operator with preferred Secret Clearance
Duties Include:
Log into Service Desk email and ESMS System
Check email check voice mail, and answer incoming calls and fill out Trouble Tickets (TTs)or Service Requests (SRs) as required
Recall resolved TTs/SRs and close as required
Contact end users to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction.
Create, trouble shoot and maintain both DWAN and GP Net accounts while maintaining administrative history of all DWAN and GP Net account
Provide IT support to the IT Maintenance Section.
Monitor serviceability of print servers, network switches, and port security
Responsible for account management of distribution lists and Exchange management
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Baseline software in order to provide client support and trouble shooting
Familiarity with EITSM/Assyst and DND/CAF Systems are an asset
Secret security clearance is an asset
