Compensation: $55000.00 to $60000.00 yearly

Our client in the GTA is looking for an IT Generalist to join their self-governing, professional team on a full-time contract basis. Primarily providing technical training and support for staff regarding relevant hardware and software, the IT Generalist will also be tasked with handling our client’s ticketing systems, responding to service requests, and will be the key person who will help implement a new CRM. Key Responsibilities of the IT Generalist include, but are not limited to:
- Generating reports on an ad-hoc basis to support all departments
- Troubleshooting network and system problems
- Resolving service requests related, but not limited to VoIP phone/WiFi setup, hardware installation, Microsoft Office support, and other
- Diagnosing and resolving defective hardware and software
- Setting up and maintaining user profiles and ensuring secure documentation of password files
- Using excellent triage skills to classify and register incidents, resolving them in a timely manner
- Ensuring proper disposal and replacement of hardware as necessary

- Strong command of Windows and Mac Client Operating Systems
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Exceptional working knowledge of network administration to manage user profiles
- Solid technical support and interpersonal skills
